It drove me insane, being powerless, watching you fade away

I’ve watched you battled, holding the most, never buckling, even during the worst
As you began to fall, hitting last breathe, I smiled at you, and you smiled back
Scared we are, as you the left the house, three days later, you passed away….

As we laid you to rest, my eyes tear out, my mind strikes to all that’s at fault,
