A poem, from the heart!?

I think of you every now and again

It hurts my heart just to remember

When I do I count to ten

In Hopes of forgetting you all the better

Though I can't forget the one who showed me how to love

No matter how hard I try

You and I go together like a matching winter glove

Can't understand why you said good bye

I hate how I love you so

That the hate turns into love once more

Just for me to remember what I already know

Even though you are my everything the one I adore

The time has come where you came back to me

Except I was done waiting and moved on

You told me your feelings never changed for me

But its a little to late, for now im gone.

I truly love this, what you call scribble, for its simplicity. It is not filled with lines that have double, or hidden meanings, metaphors that make you guess. All who have felt that first love...thrilled in its newness, but hated the anquish, will love this piece. Excellent piece. Rain..
