Missing you

Missing you

A Poem by Zee Langa
"

That moment of confusion when you're missing someone you love.

"
This is suppose to be a good feeling.
So why is it giving me such a heartache?
Why is my heart crying like this?
It feels like it's running a losing race.

This isn't a good feeling anymore.
My heart is suppose to melt at the thought of your name.
My face is suppose to blossom with the beauty of your love,
Not the dullness that is overwhelming me right now.

Am I suppose to cry?
Oh heart, why did you fall in so deep.
You've been so consumed with this love that you don't see what the surface looks like.
Now that you see it you don't like the view.

Why am I behind you right now?
Why do I feel like I'm walking amongst clouds?
My mind is in a state of confusion,
So tell me how I'm suppose to feel when I miss you this much.
