A Poem by ZeeDeeVille

My stomach flutters with every waking step

Of your body toward my own as you drew ever closer

My features flush, and blush they may as the signs resonate

My endless admiration for your every flawless feature

Sweat soon glistening my every pore

As you pull me ever close to your perfect frame

And my heart rushes blood through brain

And then I feel uneasy

As you remove your frame from mine

And draw your eyes toward others

As mine never leave your sight

And draw in the endless envy for those yours stray upon

And spite those who they rest upon

You strut away in perfect step

As I clumsily fallow with prying eyes and a tension in my head

This love I dreamt up could never be

As there are others in this world whom you admire

And let your affection lay upon longer than my own

Unattractive frame and stuttering lips which restrain

My own self-contempt and misanthropic ways

Which Slur words of lust and hallowed cries for help

That are never met with help but utter silence

That breaks my heart at every turn

And leave me cursing life

Until that faithfully unexpected and completely unbelievable

"I love you" escaped your lips and my curse of spite was forever never
