Damage

Damage

A Poem by Zebulon Poe
"

What have I done to myself.

"

The future stares at me with an ugly look,

as I continue my path towards the great horizon,

never asking why this life plays the way it does.

At times I have fallen,

yet every time I have risen.

When the darkness falls each night,

I look at the blackness of eternity and wonder,

is this all there is?

The slope down is my inbred ability,

for I have never learned how to stop,

as my mountain seems to be endless in height.

I see happiness everywhere I look,

yet mirrors often hide it from me.

Lost doesn't even begin to explain my thoughts,

as a whirlpool of hellish fire couldn't compare,

to the eternal feelings of dread I carry with me.

Zebulon, why have you tried this?

It does no good to kid yourself!

You will always be a looser!

You cannot  be forgiven!

Just live with it!

BLEAK!

Zebulon Poe
Just another example of classic Vogonic poetry, from the sexiest Vogon in the known universe.
