To feel unwanted

To feel unwanted

A Poem by Zee Norton-Williams

silence in your breath
absence of your hearts contempt
Lack of gravity in your touch
Tingles and goose bumps fade to chills
The warmth of your gaze turned to dark and malice

Breathing becomes hollow,
out of focus, out of touch
Heart beats slower,
echos of the racing beats fade to distant memory
Touch feels harsh with no joy left,
Crashing waves where once was bliss
Tingles to shivers, goose bumps to ice,
chills I did never dare to imagine
Warm gazes full of love fade to that of resentment and untrust
