Gratitude to God for gratis blessings

We have so many things that are allowed to be eaten, we should be careful to avoid what is not allowed by God. And we should be thankful for all divine blessings

From the bottom of my heart
I thank you God 🕋
for the honey bee🐝
for all that liquid gold
that's bought and sold
It's precious honey from its tiny womb🍯
Yes Allah bless thy crispy honeycomb.
In Holy Quran honey's described
as a liquid of healing!
So in gratitude to God
I'm bowing and kneeling .🕌

And thankyou God for bleating sheep🐏'
for their soft warming fluffy wool
or the cold makes the babies weep
as they need warm clothes when cool.

Thankyou Allah for the
Mother hen
for its sizzling omelettes and scrambled eggs🥚🥚
and for delicious tikka tandoori drumstick legs!

And God alone we should be thanking
for the calf's milk that we are sharing and taking
for milkshakes, and cakes have to be baking🍼🥛🍰

And thankyou Allah for the little silkworm🐛
Silken dresses have long been the norm

Be thankful to God for deer's musk,
and chops and steaks of venison 🦌
And for roasted lamb or brie mutton 🐐🐏🥩🍖

Gratitude to God for slippery, flippery fishes🐋🐟🐠🦈🐬
for tasty succulent seafood dishes🦐
We need the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish fillets🐠
Thank Him before frying them in pans and skillets.

Thank you God for all that's a meal
From paneer cheese to grilled calf's veal

Last but not least, thank God for the myriad fruits and vegetables 🥕 🍉🍊
He alone created for our salads, these nutritious, edible eatables


So much variety of food don't partake of the haram forbidden
lest with disease you are left ailing and bedridden!🌬🛏

So thankyou Allah for all that food 🍽🕋
If we thank Him not we're ingrates rude .

Hi cool bunny poet, it is just one hateful reviewer without any account who tries to demean , bully and undermine me very jealously with no intention to make me learn or improve, his sole intention is to spit hate and turn everyone into an Islamophobe as if there is dearth of anti Muslim propaganda on all media. I'm smart enough to know constructive criticism from hate but unbiased poetry leaders have accepted eastern forms such as ghazal and qasida into English even if they are different and unusual to conventional English poetry so I hope poets continue accepting my style which they have been actually enjoying for decades even if it is not professional and conventional. Plz read my replies to the ID who called himself Allah below. I have indeed learnt a lot from constructive criticism and I don't mind it but when not even the worst poems get such hateful comments as I got although someone else a good western poetess was also put down here by the same troller ahh.
As for your poetic response wow it is too high too superior vocabulary and aweso that I'm not sure whether you are trying to be kind or siding with the nasty hater. Maybe I should check with thesaurus what you mean by those difficult words. English poetry by the English is many times too abstract and hard for me as an eastern birdie.

One last thing , I have been compared to famous writers by fellow poets on other sites but I have never even read any of those famous poets my poem was compared to. If you read the comment section of my poems on other sites you will find what they said. I have only read Shakespeare and a bit of Bernard shaw and so i expected my poems to be influenced by Shakespeare but no some of my poems was surprisingly likened to the poets that I mentioned . I plan to read them but I don't get time these days. It's no big deal if someone says your writing is influenced by famous writers, I hardly think much of it until I'm undermined and my writings demeaned by haters. We are all influenced by some famous writers trust me.

Though this offering notes many different objects of gratitude, this is part of its strength, for the fact is there are many things of which we barely take notice which are worthy of our thanks. Think of the very air we breathe, for instance. And though the poem features terms that are relevant primarily to Islam, the principles are those that underlie all the world's great religions.

Hello dear poet, I think many English speaking Christians don't realise that the term Allah is used for God in the Christian bible as well, and the Aramaic and Hebrew bible have exactly used almost the same word Allah for God too. And like you said gratitude to God is a principle common to all divine religions, yes underlying them all, perfectly said!
And you mentioned more blessings, air is very apt and relevant in these hard times when it feels more precious. Thanks soo much for great comment!
