Gratitude to God for gratis blessings

We have so many things that are allowed to be eaten, we should be careful to avoid what is not allowed by God. And we should be thankful for all divine blessings

From the bottom of my heart
I thank you God 🕋
for the honey bee🐝
for all that liquid gold
that's bought and sold
It's precious honey from its tiny womb🍯
Yes Allah bless thy crispy honeycomb.
In Holy Quran honey's described
as a liquid of healing!
So in gratitude to God
I'm bowing and kneeling .🕌

And thankyou God for bleating sheep🐏'
for their soft warming fluffy wool
or the cold makes the babies weep
as they need warm clothes when cool.

Thankyou Allah for the
Mother hen
for its sizzling omelettes and scrambled eggs🥚🥚
and for delicious tikka tandoori drumstick legs!

And God alone we should be thanking
for the calf's milk that we are sharing and taking
for milkshakes, and cakes have to be baking🍼🥛🍰

And thankyou Allah for the little silkworm🐛
Silken dresses have long been the norm

Be thankful to God for deer's musk,
and chops and steaks of venison 🦌
And for roasted lamb or brie mutton 🐐🐏🥩🍖

Gratitude to God for slippery, flippery fishes🐋🐟🐠🦈🐬
for tasty succulent seafood dishes🦐
We need the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish fillets🐠
Thank Him before frying them in pans and skillets.

Thank you God for all that's a meal
From paneer cheese to grilled calf's veal

Last but not least, thank God for the myriad fruits and vegetables 🥕 🍉🍊
He alone created for our salads, these nutritious, edible eatables


So much variety of food don't partake of the haram forbidden
lest with disease you are left ailing and bedridden!🌬🛏

So thankyou Allah for all that food 🍽🕋
If we thank Him not we're ingrates rude .

This was magnificent. I think it's nice how you spoke of all creations humans eat yet not in a degrading predatory way which makes many vegetarians, but to show that there is wonder and goodness in taste. I enjoyed this read a lot. Tyfs I also like your little pics after every line, it took me till almost the end to notice them, but that was because I was delving your words so much.

Hi dear, yes you can call me zaynab. Can I please know how are your reflections different from mine in this poem? It is just about gratitude for life's gifts and yeah not eating things forbidden by God such as bats which many say caused the corona virus. But I'm not gonna argue with you if you love eating bats. Warmest thanks for your nice lovely fair comment on a poem that despite one person's negative outburst, I still think it is one of my best even if my poems can never be the best compared to all other writers.

Beats me too poet! So many hateful comments by one person only who changes ids, makes accounts just to spill hate. This time they even tried to slander me lol. It's a poem about counting our blessings but somehow it seemed an agenda as he she drew their own conclusions and assumptions from it. I regret the clogging of the public comment section but otherwise I just threw their hate back.
Thanks so much, would luv to read more of you one of the best poets here. I hope you guys don't really believe the hater who says my poems are poorly written just out of spite. I know my poems aren't perfect but they aren't inferior to all either.
If some white or Chinese guy wrote in Urdu my mother tongue I would encourage them not bash them hatefully. Cheers.
