I See

I See

A Poem by The Fallen
"

What I see versus what is unseen...

"
A great injustice.
A crime that needs to be solved.
A wrong that needs to be righted.
The truth,
Marred with disbelief.
The beauty of an angel.
Captured in mortal form for all to see.
A girl,
Who doesn't see what I see.
Eyes like the brightest stars.
Hair like a raging blaze.
A smile that words do no justice.
This is what I see.
Yet she does not see this.
I see perfection,
but she does not.
I see what she needs...
Faith..

Author's Note

The Fallen
That last bit is a play on words that I don't expect anyone but two people to get fully.

I am a young writer, student, philosopher and many other things. I enjoy the beauty of life but I am cursed with the ability to see the darker side of humanity in its truest form. We all seek to rise .. more..
