Heavy BurdensA Poem by zariamichele
Heavy Burdens
Soft touches in whispering light; How my walls break for you. My fingers ache from carrying the weight of my burdens; Lifting them onto a naive pen. Just to watch my pain spill out messily onto innocent paper; Like blood on my old tile floor. You ease the heaviness. © 2022 zariamichele |
