My Love

My Love

A Poem by WolfyZara

My love for you is bright
like the sun shining light
Yet I despise you
like the moon giving sigh
Like the yin and yang
you're my light and dark
The body of a goddess
but the insides like a hound
so beautiful and strong
Yet manipulating and smart
Your thoughts so ugly
but your voice so soft
from what I heard
For your song so pretty
makes any angel cry
Yet your thoughts
so cruel and painful
Makes the hounds go laugh
Your song so beautiful yet so sad
makes anyone hear it cry
Yet I'm not able to-
I wonder why?
My love for you
so sweet and kind
but to despise you
like a witch roaming at night
For my love, I am sorry
You want me to hear you sing
but I can't
For I am a deaf man
And I can't hear you sing

He might not even want to hear her sing, repulsed and drawn to her at the same time. Shows what some characters can be like in real life - always another side beneath the gleam. Good work.
