Behind My Eyes

Behind My Eyes

A Poem by Cats Eye
"

This comes from a dream that has been haunting me the past few nights from a great unlce who has passed away.

"

Every time I close my eyes, I see him

He moves his mouth

As if to say something

But I cannot hear him

Where his eyes would be

I see nothing, only darkness

It's like looking into a black hole

His face isn’t peaceful as it should be, only filled with pain

Even as I open my eyes, that picture

Of his restless soul still haunts my memory

He points his hand off into the night

And I can only sit and wonder

What is he trying to show me?

Sounds like a message. The senses need to be keen, and acuity of intuition sharp.

Very enjoyable reading.

I do love a good mystery. Its intriguing and dark. I hope you discover what he is pointing to!

Dreams are doors to real life. They can tell us if we are the right and wrong road.

Sometime people who cared for us come into dreams to tell us we need to change direction. A very interesting poem. Thank you.
