Just a Moment Longer

 

His arms slowly wrap around me

Enclosing me in a protective

If only for a few minutes

 

Even the things that haunt me

Seem to fade away

When I’m wrapped in his protective shield

 

All of my worries

Just seem to flutter away

When I’m wrapped in his strong arms

 

All those fights

Just seem to soar away

When I’m wrapped in his reassuring arms.
