Goddesss of Love

Goddesss of Love

A Poem by Cats Eye

The drop lets upon her hair
Are those of the finest diamonds
Sparkling in the midday sun

Her sapphire blue eyes
Are able to cut through the thickest of cold hearts
Like a swordsman defending his love

Her heart as beautiful as the red rose
The ruby beats its sound of love
Like the beat of a drum.
