Cold Love

Beautiful like snow

Deadly like fire

 

Like a cold passion in the heart of agony

A warm disposition in a cold climate

 

Like a field covered in snow

Like a lake frozen over, keeping us apart

From the harsh reality

 

It's soft and calm, like a teddy bear

But it hurts through hidden vices, like a thorn on a rose

 

It takes time to make it nice and pretty

Like a beautiful garden

 

But in an instant, it gets cruel and ugly

Like a mutilated corpse

 

It's clean and full of compassion

But easy to dirty

Like a brand new carpet

 

Love is like snow on fire in the depths of a secluded garden being covered in ice during a tornado in the middle of a clear beautiful day.

Love is Deadly
