Sandy Journey

Sandy Journey

A Poem by Zall
"

Walking on a beach, contemplating the journey of life.

"

Sandy Journey

A sandy journey long and hot,

A faithful path I have not forgot,

A stilling silence does not stop,

The wondrous words of which I’ve lost,

A chilling air blows soft and sweet,

But one so deep I tend to weep,

My footsteps have been washed away,

Same as every single day,

A sorrowful path that seems no end,

A sandy journey to no end.

Love this poem! I love the way the words just flow together. It was such a peaceful and calming read even though it seems to have a sad message. Great poem however...very well written :)
