We have nothing to fear in the darkness.

 

Nothing In The Shadows

A shadow in the darkness,

Is never quite so far,

Never quite as scary,

As what it first appears,

The double darkness in the corner,

Is nothing but a mirror,

You’ll walk around and notice,

How things really are,

That light that passes by your window,

Is nothing but a car,

There is no reason to fear the dark,

For nothing lurks within.

Just a thought on wondering why people are afraid of the dark if there's always an explanation. Sorry if it's bad.
