Carved

Carved

A Poem by Zall
"

Initials carved on the tree, a simple heart is nothing but weak.

"

Carved
It’s a love heart,
Carved on that wooden tree,
Just for you and me,
Initials carved in a jagged way,
A heart and an arrow surrounding,
Always there for all to see,
You and me,
But they’ll never know,
Who the initials belong to,
Carved on that wooden tree.

I don't think it's bad at all. I actually think it's kind of sweet. Much like young love.
