Sing song birds fly through the sky,

A mournful song from deep inside,

Why oh why such a sorrowful song,

For the bright sea of sky?

 

Sing song birds fly through the sky,

A peaceful song graced the sky,

Why oh why such a calming song,

For the dark shadow of night?

 

Sing song birds fly through the sky,

A meaningful song for all to hear,

Why oh why such a touching song,

For the light morning sky?

 

Sing song birds fly through the sky,

A thoughtful song for all to know,

Why oh why such a pondering song,

For the deepening evening sky?
