Everybody wonders one thing or another about their lover; but what would they do?

What would you do,

If I was different?

Would you stay by me anyway?

What would you do,

If I clung to you?

Would you let me stay, or push me away?

What would you do,

If I fell asleep by your side?

Would you stay awake to keep me safe?

What would you do,

If I felt alone?

Would you come up to me, and stay by my side?

What would you do,

If I ran away?

Would you follow me anyway?

What would you do,

If I worked to hard?

Would you come and help, or leave me be?

What would you do,

If I waited for you?

Would you wait for me?

What would you do,

If I cried?

Would you comfort me, tell me you’d always be there?

What would you do,

If I kissed you?

Would you kiss me?

What would you do,

If I said I loved you?

Would you tell me you loved me too?

What would you do?

What would you say?
