When I awoke to find myself asleep
And I went searching for the one thing I couldn't find while awake

It's kind of funny really
You were exactly where I knew you'd be
I could just never seem to get there

But in a dream you're weightless
And the things that were out of reach before
Seem so easily obtained

And for the first time I met you
The one person I had fallen in love with
Time seemed forever mine

But everyone has to wake up eventually
And face the cruelties of reality
But all I wanted was for you to remember

That when we were awake you'd come find me
And we could pick up where the dream left off

But where are you now?
Are you still dreaming?

When most people wake up
They forget everything and everyone they dreamed about

FOR ONCE IS WAS INSPIRED BY AN AMERICAN SONG! Usually it's Japanese rock. But this was inspired by a vision I had while listening to Decode by Paramore. It was of me astral projecting to Japan and finding Ruka but I got pulled back to me body and when we both woke up we didn't remember.
