Short Life of Johnny Hancock

Short Life of Johnny Hancock

A Poem by Zackery Alan Daley
"

Johnny Hancock is my alternative personality that takes ecstacy and drinks vodka too much.

"

Inhale the sadness in which I breathe so much,

This lonely sunrise burns with every touch.

It's missing it's hue, perhaps a color or two,

Cause the world is becoming bland without you.

Cliche, dissenting lover, enchanted by words of wonder.

Yeah, yeah, don't worry about me,

Yeah, yeah, just remember the meek.
