"In the middle"

A Poem by Zack Burton
"

Poem #11. Uploaded Monday November 8, 6:37 PM. From "Poetry Collection 1."

"
In the middle
Music plays
Makes us think of
Happy days
In the future
No one loves
We're all wearing
Rubber gloves
Men in white hats
Girls in robes
No more sunshine
No earlobes
Just the eardrum
Just the brains
No more faith or
Choo-choo trains
Music loves me
So does art
I'll never learn
To have a heart
