Paradox of Knowledge (Small piece of writing)- A conversationA Story by ZackOfBridge“So I figured out the logic of your ghost encounter” “Okay.” “So you heard the keys hanging on your desk swinging and the closet doors moving inward and outward, also swinging?” “Yes.” “And your window was open?” “Yeah it was.” “It was the shifting of outside and inside.” “No, that doesn’t make physical sense.” “Yeah it does, I just disproved your haunting.” “No, I took physics. you aren’t a science major like I am, and when you are a science major you have to follow the rules of physics and scientific principle. My room is haunted and you can’t disprove that.” “That's where you and I are different. I have no obligations to follow the rules of scientific law. I can say whatever the hell I want because I really have no idea what I am talking about. When I talk I don’t know if I am contradicting some made up rule based on invisible logic and frankly, I don’t give much of a damn. You have to tip-toe around a whole table of rules and a whole chart of laws and blabber big words and bull-crap when you don’t know something. Your room isn’t haunted.” “The keys jingled and the closet doors moved, the room is haunted.” © 2013 ZackOfBridgeAuthor's Note
