Constellation

Somewhere I could be brand new,
where I could be a part of you
A wing that spreads and helps you fly
a voice that's always asking
why your soul comes shining
through your eyes while on your back
and in the dark
Something about
reflecting what's inside
that's measured in your heart

I could only wish for motion,
mirrored by a falling star
to construct a constellation
Tell the whole world who you are
Somewhere I can be brand new
and I could be a part of you
Theres more than something on my mind,
I'm more concerned with what's inside
Below the lines,
Under the skin,
Above your pride,
Beside your sin, I'm next to you
I feel the same, I always did
You turned away
