Inevitable

Inevitable

A Poem by TheWriter

The wind rips the dandelion, which is then left in terror

Such sophistication

Like the waters that come ashore every night

The wind rushes through, similar to a steam engine at full stride

Breezing, to new rhythms and paths

How long will this love last

But after disconnection left us torn apart

Such as the sands in an hour glass, we’re nothing until we assemble

In such a way scattered, yet as if dispersed along the winds avenue

Fall comes swiftly with a vengeance

So We will wait detained in our cages of choice

Ponder on our mistakes fueled by pride

No meaning, until nature brings this vicious cycle back to full circle

Once gracefully destroyed

We blossom, ready to share our love forever
