Chapter Three: To Ivy

Dear Ivy,

To tell you the truth, I have wanted to ask you out, for months now but I have never had the guts to. My friends say to let go of the shy boy attitude, I’ve been trying to like seriously. All my boring life, I felt like an out caster: Wanting to break from the shadows that hold my insecurities inside, just to be a normal person again. My elementary school days were not so exciting for me, many times I’d been referred to as the ugly duckling streaming along in the pond. Oh I will not make my signature to geeky; I am really astatic that you want to accompany me on the date, I can drive because I got my driver’s permit, so how about I pick you up at seven?
