What you have done to meA Poem by Yuzuki CrossSort of sequel to What you do to me, only in new light, and new love.Don’t you know what you do to me? You and I stand ground Hands held tightly Together You alone have done Such an amazing miracle to me I believe it’s that fear I have overcome The fear of loneliness Though day by day You’ve stuck closely by my side Even if my own hands pushed you away You refuse to lose your grip I swear, you’re just as stubborn as I Can’t you see I’m not worth your trouble?! But you see more than meets the eye I cannot argue when you smile I want to hold you forever Away from the world that has tormented me My hands will not tremble, not ever! This I swear to you And you alone! I jump in head first I will not fret over yesterday Nor will I fear the worst For that is what held me back I know you may not be able to understand But to simplify what I have said Let me hold your hand And speak softly into your ear I love you, Nathan Lee Scroggins! © 2012 Yuzuki CrossAuthor's Note
