Bouquet of BlueA Poem by ~Yours_EternallyPoem for my sisterBouquet of Blue Tell me the story about how every birthday you get a bouquet of blue flowers. And even though you take them with a smile, you always seem to cry. Tell me the story about how when you were younger she promised that she would send them every time it was your birthday. And when you did get them, the card would always say the same thing "Love, B" So tell me the story about how they came to your door and said she had died but the body couldn't be found. And at first you were in shock but you remembered the day she told you that if that happened She'd send you a bouquet of blue flowers every time it was your birthday. But today is different. It's September 17 a few minutes before the next day. And you have yet to receive a bouquet. You go to bed knowing what has happened and when you wake the next morning there is a single blue flower waiting on your doorstep with a card attached that says "I'm sorry I'm late. Love, B."
