MommyA Poem by ¥Miss.¥ §Me§It’s happening again You scream and shout I hate you kids! You say it takes away Your happiness But what of us? The kids you hate We love you mom We need your love Were begging Be with us! You cry again, I used to care And in a way I still do But what are we to do Our mommy isn’t there for us You make us so insecure! When I’m upset I yearn to hear you say ‘It’s going to be okay.’ But it’s never from your lips I hear I have to find comfort elsewhere I need you mom I love you with all my heart But you hear a different voice A different heart It tells
you what you want. But what
of us Your
children speak We need
you Please! Were
begging you! See the
fear in our face Of what
you have become? You side
with him But what
of us He lies And
cheats A threat
you see But we
will be here always. Waiting Hoping To see
our mom once more… I love you
