Am I Going In Circles?

I see the same people everytime I turn my head.
I hear the same voices talk to me an tell me wat i already know.
My head is spinning I cant see the road my ears are ringing the voices wont stop.
My skin is crawling my hair stands high why wont this stop why cant I escape?
Am I going in circles?
Can i escape this cycle on my own when will I be free of the rage?
