Today

My view of today's world, from a pessimistic view.

Allow me to read a book.

 

The main character is moody,

Dark-haired,

And pretty,

Though she thinks she's horribly ugly.

Let's give her an amazing talent.

 

And there is a boy.

He's handsome, fast,

And can read minds.

He will fall in love with the dark-haired girl.

Let's make him annoyingly mysterious.

 

Allow me to turn on the radio.

 

The song will be about sex,

Or about sex in a club.

Or drugs.

Or money.

Let's turn it up obnoxiously loud.

 

Allow me to buy a movie.

 

Let's put in a dumb blonde girl.

Yes, the girl must be stupid and pretty.

The only way the guy will be stupid,

Is if he's a stoner or a party animal.

Let's make one like this and make millions on it.
