Color Of Impossible

Color Of Impossible

A Poem by M. Jewell
"

I wrote this for a contest

"
Color of Impossible

Dreams are crushed
Hearts are broken
All because the Color
Of Impossible was spoken

This monstrous thing
Has no definite shape
Size, likeness, or color
It likes to take

To some it seems
The deepest black
Once Impossible takes hold
It won't give back

The color that gives
You the saddest feeling
Is the one Impossible
Will try to be stealing

I really like this one, I once wrote a poem about the sound of madness that had simular pionts, but this one is much better.

A simple worded poem, yet has a complex meaning that is different for everyone:) a nice rhyming sceme that helps the reader to connect with the emotions in the poem! nice job!!
