A Chapter by John Carver

“I am Hito!!!” Sitroe screamed. “John came to me today but he got here yesterday. He brought with him the boy who could have saved the whole world from evil but had a seizure and blew his mind so that his mission to convert the God of This Earth, the Towratgote to Jesus!!! It failed. He was an old man under the power of John’s angel when he had a horrible pain in his chest and died!!! Jesus is coming!!! Jesus is God of all gods even the Towratgote!!! My husband even must submit to him!!! Jesus will convert him too!!! John’s angel Michael came to me and showed me where I was in error!!! The end of all evil has come before John!!! There is no way to deny him!!! No way to refute his claim that he is God!!! The Creator of Yeus and the rest of us! But the rest of us were punished for Tsohm and Girl!! When Jesus comes he will heal us all! Oojiag and those of Twowo!!! The same!!! It is true!!! He is really here!!! Here is his angel!!! Michael, make yourself known!!!

Michael manifested on the high balcony overlooking a very large crowd of unbelievers who could not have seen John but saw a very large powerful man suddenly come into view on the balcony.

There were many that had heard Afpoj that day on the Hill of Salvation. They all saw Michael and began to shout and scream and to go into hysterics and weep. The Yeu had travelled all the way from the wilderness to be there when they learned from some Jesusites that Sitroe was going to make an announcement concerning John. But they believed that the angel standing with Sitroe had to be an evil angel which they had never heard of before.

“He is not John’s angel. John will look like his angel. This is a trick!!!” Hsu yelled and they all yelled so that not even the Oojiog believed though they saw Michael clearly. “It is an evil angel!!!” the Yeus screamed and began to chant but many unbelievers believed in Michael for it proved to them that angels exist so why not the Gods also for they believed the Towratgote was God of the Earth and believed in Gods or at least one why not more even more though the Towratgotes all died. Those who did not believe the Towratgotes were Gods of which made up about half or more of the crowd became indignant at first, then shouted Sitroe down as she insisted on order and finally began to attack the Oojiogs and the Yeus both. In seconds a riot broke out and Sitroe sent the soldiers and palace guards all into the riot to bring about order but even some of the palace guards refused to stop what they saw as an impending massacre of the Oojiogs and Yeus.

“Now we will see if the Yeus can die or not!!!” Sitroe shouted at Michael because of the great din who was alarmed and commissioned more than three legions of angels manifested as soldiers to protect believers from the godless hoard and the soldiers who many hated as much as the godless hoard of slaves anyway.

The angels began to drive people away in all directions guided by their insight as to who believed and who did not and to bring peace disappearing one by one as the Pavement as it was called huge though it was, had been cleared of all even soldiers who fought them to get at those they hated killing scores of unbelievers but only one Yeu, Hsu, whom the Yeus dragged along with them as they headed out for the wilderness again. But he was dead even before they got to the edge of the brick paved field built entirely with slave labor for he had done it again and let his emotions rule his wisdom or he never would not have been first to yell, “It is an evil angel!!!” and  to yell, “It is a trick! Don’t believe her!!!” and to have started the chanting.

But John cursed him with death for intentionally starting a riot against what his angel Michael the Archangel was doing for him.

Now Hsu once known as Owpe and once the Yog of Unites, that Yeu, was raised and allowed to live in the city as a new man who would die for he had caused the deaths of many unbelievers that might have been saved though there is no way to tell which ones of more than 6,000 souls.

Michael was astonished by Sitroe’s rash comments to an uninitiated crowd. So he asked John what to do with her for she obviously had no regard for human life as the soldiers of both sides of the issue dragged the dead and the dying off to the graveyard to live or to die it made no difference.

John said, “She is not the Towratgote. She is not a God not to mention not God of the Earth. Her husband is. The entire city is in an uproar. She must die.”

“What have I done, Michael?” Sitroe said to him.

“You are dead,” Michael told her. “You never should have said it like that to such a large crowd. They all hate the Oojiog as much as they do the Yeus now. Not a single believer was killed or even injured. But look what you have done to your own slaves and soldiers. They are divided. They hate each other unto death and those you thought to turn toward you are in the Oojiog who are in hiding, hold up in believer’s homes and in buildings that are not being used anymore. But the Yeu have offered them safe haven in the wilderness of the Yogs now called Woty. I must go to them.

That means I have no choice but to leave you on your own.”

“Don’t leave me, Michael!” she yelled. “What am I to do? My husband will certainly have me put to death.”

“What you have prophesied concerning yourself is true,” Michael said. “Many among the Yeu think I am evil. But I have done nothing wrong. What you did, did you really think that was the way I wanted it?”

Order gradually came to Unites. The armed bands and mobs wandering the streets no longer posed a threat and out of the chaos came a new order. The army, what was left of it for it was split in half, patrolled the neighborhoods and people began moving about in relative safety once again. Much of the city was in shambles.

“What have you done to my city?” the Towratgote shouted at his wife as he had her arrested. Then he had her beheaded and she died, nothing of what Michael had made it seem she would be in the end. But the entire world was taking sides for John or for the Towratgote in the impending threat that Jesus too would come and indeed he did come to the small town that Hito was born and raised in first and then the rest of the world.
