Dreams

Dreams are mysterious

Sometimes I wonder

Why didn't I go down the ladder?

What lied below?

Why didn't I take that leap?

Even though it is just a dream

Why didn't I choose a different path?

Why was I afraid?

Why can dreams be so frightening?

What do dreams accomplish?

Dreams can turn into nightmares

Dreams can turn into Hope

But what about those memories?

They didn't actually happen

But they did

So why does it feel painful

When I cannot remember those faces 

Of people I meet in these dreams?

Why is my mind so eager to erase the memories

Which taken place inside my mind?

Questioning dreams just leads to more questions...

Sometimes its easier to forget

a very interesting analysis of your 'dreams'.... sometimes we see things that relate (however loosely, perhaps) to what is happening on in our lives, although the meanings may be unclear. maybe it isn't solely about the fear of following one direction, taking one path - maybe instinct is guiding you a way you never thought to take. ;D
