Your last words

Your last words

A Poem by Yheela

I find no comfort, zero, in your eyes.

I'm left forever thirsty by your kisses,

your desert stretches out infinitely.

I drag myself out of bed,

my body aches,

my head hurts.

weeks have gone by without me hearing from you,

your last words echo through my brain.

“I wish for yesterday, because then I would never have met you”
