I'm sure there's more to add should I want to, or if someone else would like to give it a go, that might be fun too.
Such a clever poem to describe how you really want love to be. I love Romeo and Juliet, such a sad story. it leaves me wanting to know what you do want..

We're going to look at scenes from the 1964 (or is it 69?) film and Romeo+Juliet from 1996. I'm betting my silly students will like the all-guns-blazing version more than the "tame" one from the 60's. ^_^
A lovely little piece that feels a little sad as if she is exaspirated and folorn. It is a good use of Romeo and Juliet as a metaphor for disastrous love.

Thanks John, it can be tricky to use them since it's easy to over do it ... but I'm happy with it.
Wow, this is beautiful, Yheela. " I don’t want us to be star-crossed lovers
to burn brighter than a thousand suns only to be reduced to ashes" Great work :)

I wrote this after an English class, we were taking about love and poetry and Shakespeare.
I like this a lot... it's beautiful..and I agree, Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy, no one wants love like this, we all want to be together, not to look at each other with long distance...great work!
