One day,while Jackie and her mother were grocery shopping,her mother's cellphone rang.”Here,Jackie,”her mother told her,”you answer it,I am going to get a drink of water from the drinking fountain.” Jackie answered it,her dad was on the phone,”Hey Jackie,”he asked,”are you still at the store with mom?” “Yep,”Jackie replied.”Good, I need you to get me some beans and macaroni, I will be cooking one of my famous Macaroni and beans soup.”said Dad.'Oh no!not your mac and beans soup. You know how awful it tastes to us kids. Can't you do something like hamburgers and fries?” “Nope”replied dad “And if you won't eat it then I will eat all of it and you won't get dessert”then he hung up the phone,and Jackie's mom came back.”Who was on the phone?”she asked.

it was dad,”Jackie replied grumpily “he wants us to get beans and macaroni for his nasty soup.” “Aw,his soup isn't all that bad,”her mother said cheerfully .”Yeah,”Jackie replied,but Frank told me that when he tried dad's famous soup,he barfed it all out. He couldn't take the taste out of his mouth for the next 24 hours!!!He never ate macaroni again.””Come on,honey,”said mom”he said he added a new ingredient so give him another chance.” “Ok”said Jackie,”but if anything happens to me,it will all be his fault.” So Jackie and her mom bought the food and went home.***At dinner when her dad brought in the soup,Jackie had a strange feeling.When he put down the bowl,she looked into her soup and said,”What is this stuff?” “It's my famous macaroni and bean soup,of course.”replied her dad,”but I added a few things” It looks GREEN!!”cried Jackie's mom.”Just try it”coaxed her dad. So Jackie did,as soon as she took her first bite,she loved it within the moment .”Dad,what else did you put in there.” “Well,what do you think I put in it?' “ Well,um “said Jackie, “I don't know,some peppermint maybe?'”Nope,”said her dad,”Honey,what do you think I put in there,”turning to his wife.”Well I think you added some peas or spinach,because it is green””nope!”dad said.”I put in these special mushrooms I bought from this little old lady who was selling them in the park.””What?!”exclaimed Jackie,”but she did mention a,well,a little side effect the mushrooms have after you eat them' “What is it?” Jackie's mom asked,”Well,”dad said,”after you eat them your stomach will hurt really bad, you will get nauseas. You might throw up but overall you won't get sick. They are very healthy mushrooms and your body may not think so but scientists did prove that they are 100% organic.”So this is what happened after they finished dinner.***
