Green Leaves in AugustA Poem by YanZerosMotion Pictures 2/5The sky is dim, the
weather’s bit cold in August Green leaves are
still, like its waiting for something Now sways for a
moment, like a subtle smile The sun just shines
so brightly while the rain starts to pour Raindrops falling
heavy like hammering a nail into the ground Gravity is pulling bending
it down The gust of winds
moving from where it’s rooted Rain showers ends, the
wind is softly brushing Drenched leaves, like
its waiting for something Sways heavy, which
lasted for minutes Now shows a
glimmering smile. Created an image that
becomes a most precious kind. To a man wondered looking
behind a glass closed windows. Asking himself “What would
it feels like to be with the leaves?” Inside the thoughts
that travels across 9,939 kilometers in a 5 hours’ difference in time. ‘Wishing that smile
will last through a lifetime.’ ~ © 2018 YanZerosAuthor's Note
