Rebirth

Rebirth

A Poem by Yahallo

Squinting, there I see

in the fog spring's hiding,

with laughing children

playing with trees

in mowed grass.

birds bathing in riverfalls,

bees singing in eardrums,

breeze kissing my hair.

These are exactly the everyday details from nature that make me feel springtime as a season of rebirth. Your poem starts out somewhat fuzzy from the fog (like waking up), then your descriptions become more & more vivid as the poem goes on (like seeing more & more clearly). Good word sounds to convey the sizzling & buzzing sounds in these springtime scenes! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
