Thank You

Thank You

A Poem by Yahallo
"

Sometimes silence hurts more than words

"
I am sitting under the Christmas tree
You're not even thinking about me
Angel on the pine tells me not to cry
But I am too naive to even try

I see my reflection in the Christmas ball
I can already see my own fall
It's a true vision
Based on a terrible collision

I've been waiting all night
Hoping you just might…
I wake up with my hands freezing
Next day I start sneezing

I counted on one more present
But it's not like you text frequent
So why did I even bother?
You can always call her

But thank you my friend
For believing in this dead-end
For answering your calls
And walking through all the halls
