Reminds Me Of A Soul

As I walk across the woods

A trip goes on 

Down Memory Lane.

I can see that tree

where which we used climb

and both of our names carved on it.

I see a stone

looking as ordinary as ever

still makes me remember those days when

we used to gather them and throw at the pond.

As I am walking 

I can feel a hand over my shoulder

letting me feel comfortable.

I look backward

to see if you are running

and cursing me for leaving alone.

But I know gone are the days

as you left this complicated world

and your dearest friend 

as my tears are falling down.

But as I look above 

onto the sky

recognizing you

waving at me .

I know you are always there

looking down at your soul friend

seeking you.
