What would  have you done

if you won the war...but lost by your own people ?

Ask the man ..sitting

in the corner

hiding his scars

wearing a hood

looking in the eyes

of 'his' people.

What would have you done

if you had nothing to loose ?

Ask the sixteen year old 

whom everybody calls Y-V

whose on the run

with pistol in his hand

bullets in his pockets

and rage on his mind.

What would have you done

if the husband of your mother 

would beat her all over

ask Sean

the boy who just weeps in that orphanage.

But then...

ask yourself who cares...?

But still try and try and try

You fall down its all right

But then get up

and keep Ballin..!

My boy ...I need you to remember 

just one thing

the next time you see a wounded man

or a broken soul

always remember there's a 

reason for it.....

People on both sides are lost in every war. I think. So this is relatable in ways, if not actually experienced, but very imaginable based on who they know or whatever.

"of 'his' people." You don't need the '...' around the his. Write is as seriously his, that would give it more impact.

I like the first several stanzas. I thought all of that was relatable and easy to understand and easy to bring empathy into the poem. Then I got to the last stanza and you lost me completely. I don't know what you were going for there. money? life? what? and what does any of that have to do with the earlier parts of the poem?

other than the last stanza I think that you did a wonderful job!
