Who do I see?

She smiles to hide them.

But whatever happened to her?
Her soul isn't there.
Her heart…?

Deep into the darkness,
There's a little cottage.
A deserted cottage.
Go inside, go on.
Take a trip to the dark side.
You see a girl.
Yes, she's lonely.

Look into her eyes.
I cannot tell what it holds,
Because she hides them.
All her emotions,
Buried inside.
She has confidence,
She loves,
She's happy,
She's light.
But that is just her mask.
She lacks confidence,
She hates,
She lives in the darkness,
She cries herself to sleep,
Sorrow is what she knows.

Look deep into her eyes,
Of course you'll see a cheerful girl,
Who writes love stories,
Believes in happily ever afters,
You'll laugh and say,
"But she's only just a normal child,"

You just don't understand.
No one those.
Because her mask looks as real as this world is fake.
