SleepyA Poem by Adora.xoA sleepy poem.Chasing each other In short circles in my head, Planting seeds of random thought, Begging me to go to bed. The large white walls Seem so very funny, And tonight the clouded skies Seem bright and so sunny. Eyes watering from deep yawns Calling out for dreams, Everything’s written clearly In an alien language it seems. The lights are too bright But amusing to see, As you fight with the fog Of noisy honey-bees. Chasing one another in circles While planting seed of thought so deep Into my weary, tired mind, Sending me to my dreamless sleep.
