Goodbye.

Goodbye.

A Poem by Sarah
"

he's leaving...

"
Your starting to fade. Your memory used
to be so clear and pure. But now I have
trouble making out those blue eyes, that
tender smile. Your loved used to be what
picked me up, but it's now what's holding
me down.

I need you darling. I don't even recognize
you anymore. No matter how hard i run
after you, you get farther and farther in
the distance. Your memory is dying.

Your touch was once as soft as a summer
breeze, but it's now a winter blow that numbs
my cheek. I guess this is goodbye. It doesn't
have to be this way, but every smart remark,
it pushes me away. Your distant.

So take your pictures, your memories, and
your love and go. If i can't have you, i want
nothing to do with you. Please, let me be free.
I love you, dear one. But i must go. Goodbye.
