Like a Knife.

Like a Knife.

A Poem by Sarah
"

i didn't think when i wrote this. so it isn't good. but i just let my hand do what it wanted and this is what came out.

"
You beg me to stop.
State you care.
Your lies dig deeper than my knife,
and burn my every thought.
Your trust fades
and my anxiety stays.
Your all I need
and your gone. Come save me Darling,
for I am weak.
I've let all that i need slip through my fingers like sand.

Your name forever scars my arm,
constantly reminding me of the pain I once knew
and the suffering you put me through.
Your love...was it a lie?
I think about it at night and cry.
Your words pierce me like a knife.
and i desire you.

Wow...this poem gets me personally....it reminds me of a guy that I love but he never really actually loved me....he hurt me deeply. Great poem! :D
