Children At Heart

Written about two years ago, in my 8th grade Advanced Literature class.

Time flows sweetly

Children grow up

And forget their childhood fantasies

But not all

For though our days pass

Those dreams

Are the reality

In which we live

And our childhood

Remains inside of us

Till our day of passing

Because we are forever

Children at heart
