You Don't Know The Feeling

A poem that means alot to me, though that as much anymore. its powerful and from my depression stage

"You Don't Know the Feeling"

 

You don't know the feeling,

The swelling in my chest,

The way your voice says my name,

A small heart-attacke at best.

 

You don't know the feeling,

That creeps up my spine,

With every hidden promise,

In the words "you're mine".

 

You don't know the feeling,

The twisting in my gut,

That happens when your lips touch mine,

Solving in every rut.

 

You don't know the feeling,

Your calloused hand upon my skin,

Always keeps me reeling,

Memories of perpetual sin.

 

You don't know the feeling,

That came with your good-bye,

No air inside my lungs,

And everything was a lie.

 

You don't know the feeling,

That stirs the empty air,

Walking by my heart whispers,

How much your missed in there.

 

You don't know the feeling,

The aching in my soul,

This emptiness inside my chest,

Appears when I'm alone.

 

You don't know the feeling,

Hearing them say your name,

Make me want to, What to do,

To fix my debt of shame?

 

You don't know the feeling,

Of this heavy heart,

You just make it suddenly,

Want to stop and start.

 

You don't know the feeling,

You don't understand,

How this dagger stabs my heart,

Seeing you hold her hand.

 

You don't know the feeling,

You'll never understand,

Loving you is my poison,

My choice and finest brand.

 

You don't know the feeling,

Of wondering what now,

You don't know the feeling,

But I'm drowning somehow,

You don't know the feeling,

Squeezing  this fragile  heart,

You don't know the feeling,

Cause you're  the one tearing me apart.
