Dear friendA Poem by Sibusiso Xtdo GamaDear friend... Oh! So I see the trend.
Keep smiling at my betrayal… Keep boasting with denial… My mixed emotions will one day blend, Bleep and blemish until it bleeds, my heart will pound. I had anticipated before it crash into ashes, like fiberglass, It crack, creep and fatigue from tendons to tendons, through septum to infinity…
Dear friend, the serpent
Yet so tender and yet so slender to seep into my heart, Like a beaver with your protruding teethes... Slowly waiting to taste my flesh, my feebleness Slowly waiting to wound by soul, And cause permanent perforating wounds, So deep like furrows of the soil erosion
Dear friend, Judas
Critical eyes, skinny ears and tongue that dries, That lies skies tantamount. Keep the deceit and spare me the receipt Judas the deceiver, I’ll be Jesus
the receiver.
Dear friend, the bill of critics
One day your critics will turn into lyrics, But you will still be my banana friend, Yellow covers, but deep inside is white ish, Yellow rubbish, kind of ish Kind of friend...
Dear friend, the demon.
Inspired by The black Legends and Aviwe Matandela (at the camp)
